Motherhood can be a deeply transformative time, bringing both love and joy alongside emotional, relational and identity shifts. Becoming a mother can raise questions around who you are, how your relationships are changing, and what this new chapter of life means for you. I offer a supportive space to explore these experiences with greater self-understanding, compassion and trust in yourself.

Alongside postpartum support, I also offer gentle, holistic sleep coaching for families who are looking for a responsive alternative to traditional sleep training methods. My approach focuses on understanding your baby’s individual needs while supporting you to build confidence in your own parental intuition. Rather than following rigid routines or one-size-fits-all approaches, we work collaboratively to create realistic and sustainable sleep foundations that feel supportive for both you and your baby.

Lack of sleep can make everything feel heavier and more overwhelming. I offer gentle, responsive sleep support that honours your baby’s individual needs and your parental intuition — helping your family move towards more sustainable rest while giving you space to feel more like yourself again.


I invite mothers to begin with a commitment to four sessions, with the option to continue if it feels supportive. This creates a gentle sense of consistency while respecting how much can change throughout motherhood and the postpartum period.

Our time together focuses on where you are now, how you have been feeling, the changes you have experienced, and the inner shifts that often come with becoming a mother. Coaching is not a space to revisit traumatic experiences in depth, but rather an opportunity to explore your present experience, your evolving identity, your relationships, and how you would like to move forward from here.

Together, we reflect on how you see yourself as both a mother and a person beyond motherhood. This may include navigating life beyond the newborn stage, adjusting as your children grow, rethinking career paths, relationship changes, or redefining what balance and fulfilment look like for you now. Our work centres on helping you reconnect with yourself and move towards a future that feels more grounded, supportive and authentic to you.

If sleep feels like a struggle, we can also explore this together through gentle, holistic sleep coaching. My approach is responsive, flexible and centred around the individual needs of both your baby and your family. Whether you choose to co-sleep, room-share or support independent sleep, I work alongside your wishes and values without pushing a particular approach or philosophy.

Rather than traditional sleep training methods, we focus on understanding what may be influencing your child’s sleep, building confidence in your parental intuition, and creating realistic, sustainable sleep foundations that feel supportive for the whole family.

What to expect from our sessions

Work with me

I offer one-to-one postpartum coaching and holistic sleep support sessions held online via Zoom.

Before we begin, we’ll have a complimentary 30-minute introductory phone call to ensure we’re the right fit and that you feel comfortable moving forward. Babies under six months are very welcome to be with you during sessions, and you are free to feed or tend to your baby as needed - this is a space designed to work around you and your family.

Individual postpartum coaching sessions last 50 minutes and are priced at £80.

For those seeking more focused sleep support, the initial session lasts 60 minutes, with all following sessions lasting 50 minutes. Sleep support sessions can be scheduled more closely together over a two-week period to allow space for ongoing support and more sustainable change.

Sleep support is offered in blocks of 4 sessions (£320) or 6 sessions (£480). Partners are very welcome to join these sessions.

I also offer small group sleep support for friends experiencing similar challenges. These sessions are held at a reduced rate per family, with groups of up to four families. Please enquire for further details.
