Through thoughtful, reflective coaching, we work together to better understand the patterns, beliefs or experiences that may be holding you back, supporting you to move forward with greater clarity, self-trust and emotional wellbeing.
What to expect from our sessions
Each session lasts 50 minutes, offering dedicated time and space to focus on yourself. I invite clients to begin with a commitment to six sessions, with the option to continue, as this allows space for steady progress, reflection and a deeper understanding of what you need.
Together, we explore what may feel stuck, overwhelming or uncertain, as well as where you feel drawn to move forward. We gently uncover the patterns, beliefs and experiences that may be influencing you, while considering what a supportive and realistic path ahead could look like through meaningful, sustainable change.
Coaching is a collaborative, client-led process rooted in the belief that you already hold the insight and capacity for change within you. My role is to offer a supportive, reflective space that helps you deepen self-understanding and build self-trust.

Work with me
I offer one-to-one online coaching sessions via Zoom, each lasting 50 minutes, providing a supportive and reflective space for personal growth, self-understanding and meaningful change.
Because the client–coach relationship is at the heart of effective coaching, I invite all new clients to begin with a complimentary 30-minute introductory phone call. This gives us the opportunity to connect, explore what you are hoping for from coaching, and ensure you feel comfortable and supported before we begin working together.
While consistency is an important part of creating sustainable change, I also understand that life can ebb and flow. My approach balances commitment with flexibility, allowing our work together to feel supportive, realistic and adaptable to your circumstances.
Sessions are priced at £80 and held online via Zoom.
To build a strong foundation for growth and meaningful change, I ask clients to commit to an initial block of six sessions. Further sessions can be arranged afterwards should you feel you would benefit from continued support.
