Relationship struggles, repeated patterns, or a sense of feeling “stuck” often signal that something deeper is ready to shift. Coaching offers a supportive space to explore your relationship with yourself and others, helping you move forward with a deeper understanding of yourself, stronger boundaries, and self-belief.
What to expect from our sessions
Each session lasts 50 minutes, offering you dedicated time and space to focus on yourself. I invite clients to begin with a commitment to six sessions, with the option to continue, as this allows for steady progress and a deeper understanding of what you need.
Together, we’ll explore what may feel stuck, overwhelming, or unclear, as well as where you feel drawn to move forward. We’ll gently uncover the patterns, beliefs, or experiences that may be influencing you, and consider what a supportive and realistic path ahead could look like, including small, meaningful steps toward change.
Coaching is a collaborative and client-led process. I hold the belief that you already carry the insight you need; my role is to offer guidance, encouragement, and a supportive space to help you develop a deeper sense of self-understanding and trust in your own judgement.

Work with me
I offer one-to-one coaching sessions, each lasting 50 minutes, held online via Zoom.
Because the client - coach relationship is at the heart of meaningful progress, I invite all new clients to begin with a complimentary 30-minute introductory phone call. This gives us the opportunity to connect, explore what you’re hoping for from coaching, and ensure you feel comfortable and supported before we begin working together.
While consistency is an important part of creating lasting change, I understand that life can ebb and flow. My approach balances commitment with flexibility, allowing our work together to feel supportive and realistic alongside your circumstances.
To build a strong foundation for growth, I ask clients to commit to an initial block of six sessions. Further sessions can be arranged once this is complete, if you feel you would benefit from continued support.
Sessions are priced at £75.
