I’m Sally, an ICF-accredited Life Coach and trained Holistic Sleep Coach with over a decade of experience supporting families and individuals through some of life’s most transformative stages.

My work began with children. I spent more than 10 years as a nanny in London, deeply involved in the daily lives of families. During that time, my focus was naturally on the children, their development, wellbeing, and routines. But as the years went on, I saw more and more that the emotional load parents were carrying often went unseen. I became increasingly drawn to supporting the adults around the children, recognising how much the wellbeing of a family begins with the people at its heart.

My path into life coaching was also shaped by my own experiences. I have moved through challenging periods in my life, particularly within relationships and my sense of self. Over the years, I committed deeply to my own growth by working with a therapist, exploring spiritual approaches, and immersing myself in understanding the human mind, attachment patterns, and emotional wellbeing. That journey wasn’t quick or simple, but it transformed how I show up in my relationships and in my life. Today, I’m in a loving, healthy partnership built on honesty, communication, and mutual respect, something that once felt far from reach

Becoming a mother was another profound turning point. Practically, my years of nannying meant caring for a baby felt familiar. Internally, however, the transition was one of the most challenging experiences of my life. I felt an overwhelming love and gratitude for my child, and deep joy in being their mother, while at the same time navigating an internal struggle, shifts in my identity, changes in family relationships, and the challenge of caring so deeply for my baby while learning how to care for myself too. This experience deepened my compassion and strengthened my commitment to supporting mothers, not just in caring for their children, but in holding space for themselves within that role.

Today, my work centres on relationships - the one you have with yourself, with your partner, and within your family. Relationships have been my greatest life learning, and something I continue to grow in every day. It’s now my privilege to support others as they move through their own periods of change, helping them build self-trust, emotional awareness, and more connected, fulfilling relationships, both with others and within themselves.
