I’m Sally, a Brighton based coach specialising in personal growth, postpartum support, and holistic sleep coaching, with over a decade of experience supporting mothers, families, and individuals through some of life’s most transformative stages.

My work began with children. I spent more than 10 years working as a nanny in London, becoming deeply involved in the daily lives of families and supporting children through their development, wellbeing and routines. Over time, I became increasingly aware of the emotional load many parents were carrying behind the scenes. I found myself naturally drawn towards supporting the adults around the children too, recognising how deeply the wellbeing of a family is connected to the emotional wellbeing of the people at its centre.

My path into life coaching was also shaped by my own personal experiences. I have moved through challenging periods within relationships, identity and my sense of self, experiences that led me to commit deeply to my own personal growth and self-understanding. Over the years, I worked closely with a therapist, explored spiritual and reflective practices, and immersed myself in learning about attachment patterns, emotional wellbeing and the human mind.

That journey was not quick or simple, but it profoundly changed the way I relate to myself and others. Today, I’m in a loving and healthy partnership built on honesty, communication and mutual respect - something that once felt far from reach.

Becoming a mother was another profound turning point. While my years of nannying meant caring for a baby felt familiar practically, the internal transition into motherhood was one of the most challenging experiences of my life. Alongside the overwhelming love and joy I felt for my child came deep identity shifts, changes within relationships, and the challenge of learning how to care for myself while caring so deeply for someone else.

It also completely changed the way I understood sleep support. Before becoming a parent myself, I viewed sleep largely through a practical lens. Experiencing the reality of sleep deprivation, emotional overwhelm and the intensity of early motherhood deepened my understanding of how closely sleep, mental wellbeing, identity and family dynamics are all connected. It transformed the way I support families, moving away from rigid expectations and towards a more compassionate, responsive and emotionally supportive approach.

Today, my work centres on supporting individuals and mothers through periods of growth, change and transition. Whether someone is navigating personal growth, identity shifts, relationship challenges, motherhood or sleep struggles within the family, I aim to create a supportive and reflective space where people can reconnect with themselves, build self-trust and move towards a life that feels more grounded and fulfilling.
