Brighton-based Personal Growth, Postpartum & Holistic Sleep Coaching
I am a life coach and holistic sleep coach with years of experience supporting individuals, mothers and families through periods of growth, change and transition.
Now, as a mother myself, my work is deeply rooted in understanding the identity and relationship shifts that can come with different phases of life, especially the transition into parenthood.
I offer gentle, supportive coaching for people looking to create meaningful change in their lives, whether that’s within themselves, their relationships, or during periods of feeling stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain. Alongside this, I support mothers through matrescence and the postpartum journey, exploring the emotional and relational changes that can come with motherhood. This may include navigating overwhelm, relationship challenges or shifts in identity . I also offer gentle, holistic sleep support that considers the wellbeing of the whole family.
My approach is warm, thoughtful and tailored, supporting growth, confidence and sustainable change in a way that feels right for you.
How I Can Support You
Personal growth & life coaching
I work with individuals who are navigating change, feeling stuck, or experiencing challenges within themselves or their relationships. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs and behaviours that may be holding you back, creating space for greater self-understanding and meaningful change.
Relationships shape every part of our lives, from romantic partnerships and family dynamics to friendships and the relationship we have with ourselves. Through supportive, reflective coaching, we may focus on areas such as confidence, communication, boundaries, self belief and emotional wellbeing, helping you move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
Postpartum & sleep support
Matrescence; the profound transition into motherhood. While only recently being more widely recognised, it brings deep emotional, physical and psychological change. It is a transformative time, often filled with love and joy, but also uncertainty, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and a sense of internal loss alongside so much gain. I support mothers through this powerful stage of life by creating a space that is truly for you, a place to reflect, reconnect with yourself, and explore who you are becoming. Together, we make sense of your experience of motherhood and what it means for you, your relationships, and your sense of self, both now and in the future. Alongside postpartum support, I also offer gentle, holistic sleep coaching for families looking for a responsive alternative to traditional sleep training methods. My approach centres around understanding your baby’s individual needs, building trust and connection, and supporting you to feel more confident in your parental intuition. Rather than following rigid routines or one-size-fits-all approaches, we work together over a series of coaching sessions, allowing space for flexibility and ongoing support as we find what feels right for your family. Instead of striving for ‘perfect’ sleep, we focus on creating healthy, sustainable sleep foundations in a way that feels compassionate, responsive and realistic.
Client Reviews
“My session with Sally was thought provoking and engaging. I was challenged in my thinking and approach to certain topics, in a friendly and respectful way. This led to the opening up of avenues with a different perspective. I found it positive and encouraging. Sally's style is calm, considered and actionable.”
— Natasha, 34, Brighton“I wasn’t sure what to expect with life coaching and was unsure how it would be possible to get anything from a ‘client led’ session. I thought to myself how can I lead when I feel so lost!? Yet Sally had a very supportive, kind way of asking questions, taking me deeper into areas I wasn’t even aware were relevant. With Sally’s support and guidance I realised so much about myself and got more from the sessions that I have done from years of therapy. Sally creates a safe space for you to be able to open up and explore areas of your life where you need guidance. I would highly recommend a session with her and I can’t wait for my next one!”
— Geanie, 32, Brighton“Sally has supported me through some big life changes over the past few years, and the support and guidance she has given me has been consistent and inspiring. As a coach, she is honest, uplifting and pushes me to be the best version of myself. I can’t recommend Sally enough!”
— Maddie, 28, London"Sally is magic! I had been struggling with naps with my three month old, but with her reassurance I am now implementing a routine and my baby falls asleep on her own in her cot. I couldn’t recommend her enough if you want gentle and kind guidance. During a time which can often feel very fraught and tricky, Sally has helped me feel confident and supported."
— Kitty, 32, Brighton"When I first started working with Sally, my anxiety and imposter syndrome was at an all time high. Sally was so attentive and listened to everything I said, she even picked up on the language I was using and then helped me to see what I needed to do to improve on that. Sally set me tasks and challenges to see if I can overcome these feelings. I’d suffer with frequent panic attacks and constantly felt judged and overwhelmed in social situations. But since we've worked together I’m amazed to say that I’ve not had one panic attack! Thank you Sally for everything!"
