If you’re finding it challenging to help your baby fall asleep or stay asleep, struggle with behavioural concerns, or want support in establishing a consistent routine, I’m here to help. As an accredited sleep coach, I offer personalised sessions focused specifically on gentle, effective baby sleep strategies. My approach is holistic and compassionate, designed to minimise distress for both your child and your family, while delivering long -lasting improvements in everyone’s sleep quality.

With over 10 years of experience as a nanny and now a mother myself, I deeply understand how commitment and thoughtful sleep coaching can transform family life. As a holistic sleep coach, I believe it’s essential to see the bigger picture. Sleep challenges aren’t one-size-fits-all. To tailor the best plan for your family, with your comfort in mind, I may ask you to share details about your baby’s birth, your parenting style and communication, daily routines, and a glimpse into your little one’s unique personality. This insight allows me to create a truly bespoke approach, understanding that each family and child has their own unique needs and dynamics.

What to expect from sleep coaching

I offer two packages to choose from, with the option to add additional support if needed.

Package One – Online Consultation

This package includes a 60-minute video or Zoom consultation with me, your coach. Prior to our session, you will be asked to complete a five-day sleep diary to provide valuable insight into your child’s sleep patterns. During the consultation, we will discuss your child’s sleep challenges in detail. Following the call, I will provide you with a personalised, detailed sleep plan tailored specifically to your family’s needs.
You will also receive two weeks of follow-up support via email or text to help address any questions or concerns as you put the plan into action
Package fee: £300

Package Two - Face-to-Face Consultation

This package includes a 60-minute in-person consultation with me, held either at your home or a mutually agreed location, with your child present. Prior to our meeting, you will be asked to complete a five-day sleep diary to provide insight into your child’s sleep patterns. 
During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss your child’s sleep challenges in detail, and I will also observe your child’s behaviour first hand. Following our session, I will provide a personalised, detailed sleep plan tailored specifically to your family’s needs.
You will receive two weeks of follow-up support via email or text to address any questions or provide guidance as you implement the plan.

30-Minute Video Call -  £30
Ideal for clients with a few follow-up questions after completing their sleep training package.
60-Minute Video Call - £50
A longer follow-up consultation for clients who would benefit from additional guidance after sleep training.
Email Support (10 messages) - £50
For clients seeking extra reassurance and support during the sleep training process.
One Week of Additional Support - £120
Ideal for families who need extra guidance during sleep training or support with re-implementing the plan after any setbacks or changes in routine.
