Holding you through the transition into motherhood - the emotional, physical, and relational changes of matrescence.
Motherhood is a powerful transformation that can bring both deep joy and unexpected challenges. I offer a supportive space to explore identity changes, the balance between yourself and your role as a parent, shifts in your body, and evolving relationships. Alongside this, I can also provide gentle, intuitive sleep support if rest feels like a struggle, helping you feel more steady, supported, and connected during this period of change.
Motherhood and Postpartum support
Identity
Motherhood brings a deep internal shift, and it’s natural to feel a sense of loss for who you once were. Together, we explore who you are now, what matters most, and how to move forward in a way that feels aligned and true to you
Emotional Wellbeing
This transition can bring emotional highs and lows that feel unfamiliar or overwhelming. I support you in understanding your emotional patterns and building steadiness, resilience, and confidence as you navigate this chapter.
Rest & Support
Lack of sleep can make everything feel heavier. I offer gentle, responsive sleep guidance that honours your baby’s needs and your intuition - helping your family move toward more settled rest and giving you space to feel more like yourself again.
I invite mothers to begin with a commitment to four sessions, with the option to continue if it feels supportive. This creates a gentle sense of consistency while respecting how much can change during this phase of motherhood.
Our time together focuses on where you are now, how you’ve been feeling, the changes you’ve experienced, and the inner shifts that often come with becoming a mother. Coaching is not a space to revisit traumatic experiences in depth, but rather to gently explore your present experience, your evolving identity, and how you would like to feel and move forward from here.
We reflect on how you see yourself as a mother and as a person beyond motherhood. This may include navigating life beyond the newborn stage, adjusting as your children grow, rethinking career paths, or simply redefining what balance looks like for you now. Our work centres on helping you reconnect with what feels right in this phase of life, and supporting you to move toward a future that feels more aligned, steady, and true to who you are becoming.
If sleep feels like a struggle, we can also explore this together. Rather than traditional sleep training, my approach focuses on understanding what’s happening for your baby, what you would like sleep to look like, and creating gentle, realistic strategies that support your whole family. A key part of this work is helping you rebuild confidence in your intuition, so you can respond to your child in a way that feels both supportive and sustainable.
What to expect from our sessions
Work with me
I offer one-to-one coaching sessions lasting 50 minutes, held online via Zoom.
Before we begin, we’ll have a complimentary 30-minute introductory phone call to ensure we’re the right fit and that you feel comfortable moving forward. Babies under six months are very welcome to be with you during sessions, and you are free to feed or tend to your baby as needed - this is a space that works around you.
Individual sessions are priced at £75.
For those seeking focused sleep support, sessions can be scheduled more closely together over a two-week period to build momentum and encourage gentle, consistent changes. Sleep support is booked in blocks of 4 sessions (£300) or 6 sessions (£400). These sessions remain 50 minutes in length, and partners are welcome to join.
I also offer small group sleep support for friends experiencing similar challenges. These sessions are held at a reduced rate per family, with groups of up to four families. Please enquire for further details.
I look forward to connecting and supporting you in a way that feels right for you and your family.
